Can you take us through your self-love journey to where you are now?

At first, I decided to go to therapy because I wanted to heal from my childhood trauma and for the rest of my life. My therapy knew sign language, which I needed to access communication when I could share my expression with her. From there, I learned to deal with my trauma in real life and made sure my boundaries were strong enough, but it wasn't easy. I learned self-love and self-care which is the definition of difference. now I'm better than before.

What are some of your favorite self-love + self-care practices?

Since last year, I have been writing my journal about any topic such as affirmation, gratitude, fitness, expressing my feelings as well as doing self-care activities such as going shopping, going for a walk, or going jogging when I feel stressed. Also developing my new mindset every month.

What are you most proud of so far in your journey? What have you overcome that you used to struggle with?

I am very proud of so much in my journey that I was glad I went to see therapy that was worth my time when I started the journey of my recovery from pain. thus, I overcame my anxiety, my fear and my anger which were my struggles. Now I'm doing very well so far because I know how to manage my emotions when they arise in a bad situation, I'm calm and I mediate for a short time before moving forward and resolving resolution issues. It went well.

How would you like your self-love journey to inspire other people?

A motivation is the key as I been fat loss journey after one year I lost weight and today I still do workout and relearn how to proper weight light than my mistakes in the past. I've gotten a lot of complement from people about my weight loss journey. Every morning, I also post my WhatsApp status and Instagram about daily positive affirmations as an encouragement to me as well as others. I hope to inspire them to seek self-care as well. The word self-care can be interpreted many ways.

I would love to return again to Willamette Valley vineyards in Turner, Oregon and Napa, California. It was one of the best gifts I ever received.
